Mark has over 40 years of combined playing and professional coaching experience. For the past 13 years, he has providing Technical Leadership in various clubs as a Technical Director and Club Head Coach. He has been with BSC since 2014, as the Technical Director of the club. He is also in training to become a Learning Facilitator with Ontario Soccer. Ontario Cup Provincial Champion, Provincial League Champion, Club National Runner Up.

Sean has been a lifelong member of the Barrie Soccer Club and has been coaching for 16 years. He has been involved in numerous BSC programs including; Recreational, U9-12 Development, U13-18 Competitive and the U21 Womens Program. Sean currently holds a National C Licence and will be continuing his role as the Technical Lead for the U9/10 Girls Development Program.
Sean has a passion for the sport and dedicated youth player development. Sean also has a history of Player Scholarships and coaching mentorships.
Leo Vicari
U10 Boys Technical Lead
Leo has been with BSC for 2 years in various roles, as a U21 High Performance Men’s Coach and technical staff coach with different age groups. Leo has spent the past 10 yrs coaching players from u11-u18 level. During that time, he gained the experience of a mentorship program with FC Porto coaching staff from Portugal. Along with his dedication and desire to continually learn the game, he is excited to share his knowledge and experience with the players and members of the Barrie Soccer Club. #barriesoccer #barriesoccerclub
Leo Jackson
U11 & 12 Boys Technical Lead
Leo has been coaching for over 26 years and 16 years with BSC in various roles, as a Rep Coach and technical staff coach for different age groups. As a youth player, Leo played with Malvern Soccer Club and Scarborough Azzurri Soccer Club also winning an Ontario Cup, a National Championship and an OFSAA Championship.

Coached in Barrie soccer club and also won coach of the year. Worked for 5 years showcasing soccer players in London England . Worked with Steve Foley from Norwich Football club And with Shaun Gore Director of football development and Chris Harris from Chelsea football club all in London, England
